Description:
This is a tool to create a 3D trail emitter.

What kind of addon is this?
This is an addon that contains a scripted tool and a scripted entity. You can create the 3D Trail emitter with the 3D trail tool. The emitter emits particles with specially calculated properties so it creates a nice three dimensional trail. The trail can be adjusted with 14 parameters, 41 default effects if you have all the materials and 20 default color fade effects. The emitter can be controlled with the numpad.

The 14 parameters are:
- Color Stay Time: This regulates the time a color stays for color fade effect.
- Color Fade Time: This regulates the time a color goes to the next color for color fade effect.
- Particles/Second: The amount of particles that are created per second.
- Particle Start Size: The size of the particles directly after emission.
- Particle End Size: The size of the particles at the end of their life.
- Particle Lifetime: The time that particles stays.
- Particle Mass: a positive mass let the particles go down, a negative mass let the particles go up.
- Particle Maximum Roll Velocity: The velocity that particles rotate.
- Trail Minimum Start Width: The minimum Width of the trail at the start.
- Trail Maximum Start Width: The Maximum Width of the trail at the start.
- Trail Minimum End Width: The minimum Width of the trail at the end.
- Trail Maximum End Width: The Maximum Width of the trail at the end.
- Trail Spread: The maximum random velocity of the particles.
- Color: The color of the trail variable in red, green, blue and transparent.

Extract to your addons folder and it is ready for use.
