Description:	in v3 people had problems with the menu including the spread of the menus (because it was designed at a resolution of 1440 x 900 it wouldnt fit on smaller screens) another problem was that people couldnt drag the windows and an improvement was suggested that there be an easy copy feature which i have included the new features list: -Easy copy -Old menu command where you can make the menus stay instead of dissappearing when you release the button -only one menu can be open at a time (to prevent clutter) ect the commands to use the menu this time are: "+sounds_menu" (for quick open and close) or just "sounds_menu" so that you can copy from the text boxes http://forums.facepunchstudios.com/showthread.php?t=562791
