this is the awsummer version of gm_lotsabuild (i released the worlds suckiest beta by request of a friend)

an admin room, and a player area (small flatgrass area) meant for 5-10 players, a reletavley small map
it contains..........

*an admin room, and a player area (small flatgrass area) meant for 5-10 players, a reletavley small map

flatgrassy area perks:

*a spawn platform that ISNT made of concrete :D
*a jeep somewhat like the one in ragdollslaughter_v3 (unlockable/lockable via the admin room)
*a hopper minefield (spawnable/removeable via the admin room)
*a build-building, it stops all visual lagging outside of it, and is great for servers with uclip
*a shooting range (used to have a mounted un, but garry broke the mounted guns D: )
*SNOW, REALISTIC, REAL SNOW (looks like nuclear winter ;D)

admin room perks:

*deserty area with dusty effect
*weapon spawners (spawns all hl2 weapons, including the slam, the combine enrgy ball for ar2, and the smg2 grenade :D)
*"second story" without desert effect, and made for building
*ANTIGRAV ROOM!!!! sadly it only works on players, also, the gravity has to be defaulted to 600, nothing else will work with it.
*a healing area (slowly heals everything)
*a mobile healing thingamajig
*a weapon stripper
*a spawnable, physics swimming pool, with REAL WATER, YOU CAN MOVE THE POOL AROUND WITH YOUR PHYSGUN!!!!
*not mensioned in the readme, there is also a gyroscope thats just there for looks.

oh yeah, and now has 75% more kittens :D
