Well for some reason the download link for v4 disappears.
And a long time ago i removed the normals, got rid of green/white/scratches then i just now decided to upload it because v4 was gone.

And the reason i reuploaded was because i realised it still had the .tga files and vtf-2-tga in it(files i used to make it)
