Description: This requires PHX3

Goes on land and water and has five seats. The raft is set up with Vehicle Control Mod but if for whatever reason you don't want to use it the controls are: 8 and 5 for forward and backward
4 and 6 for left and right
1 and 2 for raise up and down (you need to raise the raft for land use)

I have included Vehicle Control Mod in this file for people who do not already have it. I take no credit for Vehicle Control Mod, which was created by Narkaleptic.
