Not to big just right for that summer holiday retreat in gmod. =) --THIS DOESNT LAGG-- To bad so don't instantly think that. It has: A secure entrance room. A lobby. A control area with all the buttons, lights and gagets. A living courters, with bathroom. A viewing deck, with an excellent view of flatgrass. :p A super fancy wire lift. A garage with Range Rover jeep. A recreational area. A secret attic with a secret entrance =D Emergency alarm system with sounds Working suit and health dispencers. The whole cabin is frozen, NOT welded so you can change things easily. last of all you need to have these mods installed : computer pack, phx, Wire, connas tools, CamoMaterials cheesebuttons 2.1 and have counterstrike source on your computer.
