Description:	Hi i made a map today and it started as a request but i made it all the way and i think it turned out nice. Dont like it dont download it.. It got building area for Houses with road. Harbour Deep water Underwater platform Secret Room Underwater /With teleport from spawn and back again. And a dock for subs etc. Custom water and skybox is in the .bsp file and i didnt make them Skybox is from fpsbanana and the water is from garrysmod.org. Everything else is made by me.
