I took the earliest version of the Dr. Hax gun and modded its lua script so it fired pain pills from L4D and used the "Pillz here!" sound clip instead. Unzip contents into "X:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\<username>\garrysmod\garrysmod\addons" folder.

PS:- Firing too many pill bottles may bog down your frame rate. If you need to switch automatic fire off, open shared.lua in the package and change the following on line 36:

SWEP.Primary.Automatic = false;
