Enter it in the console and you'll have a fast way to switch to it.

So FLIR is basically the military black and white infra red thing that makes hot (living) things glow white in contrast to cooler, darker backgrounds. You see it on things like AH-64's and AC130's.

My version simply displays characters and props as white glowing things. It's a clientside mod so you can use it on pretty much every gmod server once you bind the command. It's meant for use on aerial vehicles but you can use it for just about anything. Have fun!
