Description: My first background creation for GMOD 11.

Place the background.vtf and gmod_logo.vtf in Garrysmod/garrysmod/materials/console,
and place the gamestartup01.MP3 to GarrysMod\garrysmod\sound\ui (create this directory if it doesnt exsist or just drop my sound folder to Garrysmod/garrysmod). The startup music is "Welcome Within", the title screen music from Prince of Persia Warrior Within.
