Description:	**SERVER REQUERIMENTS** - Noblock. - The game Counter-Strike Source This is a balloon race. The objective of the game is to win the race, each team controls one balloon, each balloon has a weapon box (only rifles) and healthkit (restores 4HP/second). To move the ballon at least one player must stay in the boat rudder, the balloon gradually picks up speed, if player leaves the rudder the balloon will slow down gradually until it stops. In the map are 4 checkpoints, each checkpoint has different objectives. Checkpoint 1: Capture the flag The team that captures the flag and carried the extreme of the boat (under the arrow) wins the point. Checkpoint 2: Elevator race Works similar than the balloons, stay inside the elevator until it reach the top. The first elevator that reachs top win, the loser elevator will explode (caution). Checkpoint 3: Press the button The first team that press their button will win. Checkpoint 4: Capture the point The first team tha captures the point wins. when a player is at the point their flag will start to ascend, if players leaves the point after 5 seconds the flag will start to go down, only 1 team can capture the flag at the same time. WHen the flags reaches top the point is fully captured. When a team wins a checkpoint their ballon will get a speedbost for 16 seconds. When race ends both teams will be disarmed and will be teleported to the kill room, winners will get equiped with a m249 and will start a rampage, after 10 seconds all losers will die and a new round will start.
