Description:	After an excessively long period, I am please to announce the Green version of "mrdougan's Halo3 Civilian pack v1.3" is now available on garrysmod.org - yes these are one we were discussing on the model board of facepunch.com ( http://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=751442) It was featured in Kootra's Warthog Training Episode 5 ( youtube link > http://youtube.com/watch?v=BkYsbxh-ebs ) along with my voice & can be found approximately two-thirds the way through it. This skin is freely available for you to use, tweak, edit & re-upload - let me know if you make anything creative with it and I'll feature on my site (CC_License & Credits are enclosed in the file.)
