Instructions:

Look at the place you want to place it and press fire. It starts to work after 5 seconds.

Installation:

Put it in your addons directory.
Example:
C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\"yournick"\garrysmod\garrysmod\addons\*

You need:

Wiremode - it uses some models, I take no credit for them.

Additional notes:

Sorry for not working I added wrong autorun file, should be working now, if not than i will hang myself.
