Description:	BETA!! BETA!! BETA!! BETA!! BETA!! BETA!! a bit buggy, known bugs: * sky box stutters on the water (only when no clipping or at a high speed) * some of the brushes are completely black * i'm aware that there's a massive barrier surrounding the map (water reasons) * there's a strange black invisible brush on the water which only appear if your really close to the surface and stretches across the horizon * there's 2 holes in the water barrier (only visible from under water) you can see the sky box in the water. most of these problems can be avoided by staying on dry land :D note: this is one of my first maps and some of the textures don't match up :S also when you spawn there is a random prop that i have never got round to removing. There is only 4 spawns because it was intended for LAN and personal use (i would put more in but i can't) Some buildings don't have anything in them because they are in the process of being renovated still. however, the map is fun to explore and to create on, the ambiance of the environment is warm and therefore relaxing, it's a fairly well rounded map with the right ratio of dense and sparse areas, there are also many secrets on the map, which are highly amusing to find. So far despite all the bugs i have never crashed on this map to date, however if you have a low end graphics card the rain which you can see from some of my pictures can cause an overflow but no real fps lag. installation - i forgot to include this with the zip so i will do it here; like any other map put the .bsp in steam/steamapps/<yoursteamuser>/garrysmod/garrysmod/maps note: DO NOT put it in addons any suggestions or other found bugs that are not on my list please post a comment (if this description was too long winded for you, then post message of you pounding your keyboard until you realise your hands are missing.) I'M GOING TO FIX THIS MAP AND BE ADDING MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN A MONTH OR SO
