The monorail fits to gm_construct map, just check "Spawn at original location".
Note: The screenshots are from older version, where the rails were not supported. The file You'll download contains the latest version with supported rails.
WARNING: This thing probably will hit most server's prop limits :s

P.s.
You probably noticed that when you spawn the monorail train and stick a thruster to it, You fall off the track while turning. I made something which allows You to go around corners at almost full speed :)
