Description: This is a tool which is quite similar to the Stacker tool, but specialized in positioning PHX train tracks.

It also features a passive auto-snap mode which allows you to build tracks more intuitively by grabbing a track part with the physgun and positioning it.

Only supports PHX rails and monorails for now, support for tubes and XQM rails might come later.
