Description:	A sandbox map just a bit bigger than gm_construct made by me for a small build server called NeoServer. I decided to upload because I saw maps like gm_mini_house and that dumb shed store garage map that the creators didn't put any effort in which sucks. Half the textures in this map are custom made by yours truly, it also comes with a custom map icon and a BIGASS TV, a laptop, and the NeoServer soda machine are included in the BSP file with the textures, it comes with a spawnlist THAT ONLY WORKS IN THE MAP! You do not need any games or additional content. ALERT, THERE IS A SMALL TEXTURE BUG WITH THE WOOD FOR THE DESKS, ON SOME COMPUTERS IT WILL NOT WORK UNLESS YOU HAVE SCARS, I WILL UPLOAD THIS "wood_50" TEXTURE TO MEDIAFIRE, NOTE, THIS BUG DOESNT OCCUR ON ALL COMPUTERS EVEN IF YOU DONT HAVE SCARS, ITS MINOR! This map includes: -A massive hot tub like pool with steam FX -a driveable combine APC -A secret room -A outdoor pool -Offices: made for the admins of NeoServer( behind the door in front of the spawn -2 small apartment/ store complexes -A small flatgrass zone separated from the main area by a divider with a trigger_multiple openable gate( the blue/green wall that has the N NeoServer logo and says wait until door opens or death.
