Extract the folder in the .zip file to your addon folder.

I did not make the skin, I just tried to give G-Mod players the opportunity to use the skin as a weapon. I made the .lua file myself. The credit for the skins/sounds go to Futon, CapnJack, Ettubrutesbro, Millenia and The_AntiPirate.
