GIMP & Photoshop - Texture editing
VTFEdit - Importing and exporting of VTF's and TGA's
Valve - Original models and default textures

if you don't see the readme, it's because it is inside the materials folder. double click and it should be there, and shows how to install.

Install:

drag the materials folder to hl2 of the garrysmod directory and merge if prompted.
