FIXES:
-Certain Clip sizes, cones, and RPM were off or at testing levels
They should all be at the correct value
-Code for burst fire was cleaned up.
-Magrels were added for some weapons
-Some select Icons were broken
All except for the stun stick and dual USPs were fixed
-Some animations weren't being called because of code mistakes
This is now fixed.
