Description:	Fix: 11 December 2011 -File reuploaded to fix download. I used the latest instance I had of this in my addons, I have no idea if it works. Tool ConVar Limits is a simple Lua Script Addon to install on your server to limit the power of tools. You can allow turrets on your server for light combat, while capping their damage and force to prevent minging. You can put a cap on weld force limits, or even limit the power and model of thrusters (this means that if your server doesn't have the weight tool or has one modified to not work on thrusters, you can limit everyone to using similar-weight thruster models - thus capping everyone's maximum thruster output.) You can limit ANY clientside ConVar the server needs to access through Lua. Comes with a settings file to configure it. (Note: Do NOT delete the settings file, simply add, remove, or modify values. While deleting it won't cause any actual problems, it will be hard to create a new one from scratch because of the formatting. Replacing it with someone else's settings file, however, will not cause any harm.)
