Description: I made these quite a long time ago, didn't really got around to releasing them until now. These are just the citizen sleeves along with breen's hands put into (almost) all the weapon viewmodels. There were many reskins of the HEV arms, making them look like bare arms and simple sleeves, but I think a new model of that is better.
This has the new arms for all the default weapons you get in GMOD, HL2 or whatever (including the stunstick and the SLAMs). It doesn't have new sleeves for the gmod toolgun (couldn't get it to work) and the AR2 (you barely ever see the arms so I didn't see a point in making it).

This pack comes with 4 different skins:
-City 17 citizen sleeves
-CSS hostage sleeves
-HL2 Refugee sleeves
-Black suit sleeves

As I said before, the models of the sleeves are the same citizen sleeves and I didn't do any modifications to the UV maps of the sleeves, so it's really easy to replace the sleeve texture with the sleeves from any other citizen reskin.
