This makes my previous effect look like chicken shit... O:

(THIS ONLY WORKS ON GMOD)

To use simply open the folder of your choice and then copy the particle/materials folders to: "steam/steamapps/insertexthere/garrysmod/garrysmod"

To remove the effects delete the following files: "garrysmod/garrysmod/lua/autorun/BAMFSPLODE.lua" AND "garrysmod/garrysmod/particles/SPLODE"
(Not that you will want to because its FUCKING AWESOME ):<)

TO MAKE YOUR OWN PARTICLE EFFECTS: Go to open Steam and right click on Half-Life 2: EP2 and scroll down to properties. Once the properties window pops up click on Launch options and type <-tools -console> enter and than run the game.
You are now in the commentary, materials and primarily particle editor tool menu. On the right of the upper tool bar it should say "Tools" Click on this and scroll down to particle editor, from this point on you should try to learn by your self, there is to much too discuss.
