Description:	This is an Edit, asked for by Makish Muffinie. This is a copy of this map: http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=126314 But without the shaft/hole. It also includes a number of bug fixes and some more lighting optimisation. Just a quick one, this is a simple map which (hopefully) includes elements which everyone looks for in a flatgrass map without lag, extreme file size or bad design. Includes: -Deep water moat. -Underground submarine build area with flooded channels. -Underground build area and tunnels. -Flying build area, for some privacy. -Suspension/hills testing area. -Small moated island. -Ramps throughout, for ease of access. Please feel free to post or contact me if you find any errors/bugs, and I will re-release the map.
