After a lot of debugging it is here.

Gmod9 Features
Primary: Throw a shuriken that never went away
Secondary: Teleported forward attacking anything you "passed threw"

Gmod 10 features
Primary: Throw a shuriken that dies after 6 seconds so they don't over flow the server.
They have a blue trail, and now for the best part.
The shuriken itself is a SENT, and everytime it hits something, it bounces it, then applies force to it, making it fling in a random direction (Thank you garry for the sent_ball code for that)

Secondary: Teleport forward attacking anything you passed threw. (adding effects soon)

PRIMARY + USE: Toss out some shrapnel, that when stepped on, will damage whoever stepped on them.
Useful trap.
