Sigma18 is an old half-life 2 community that moved on.

Those who think it's a useless upload and think it's just a little lua add you are wrong. Mr Giggles had to give them human animations in order for them to work. The lua gives them the required combine animations or you'll be swinging a stunstick like a resistance member swinging a crowbar. If it was not animated you'll be in a T-pose for every weapon like you usually are. End.
