Description: This is the beta of an SNPC pack based off characters from my machinima Civil Incompetence:

There is currently only one NPC (Ed) but in the future I will add many more.

This pack does not require anything.

Bugs:
>NPC has difficulty firing Shotgun properly
>NPC is not very good with Melee weapons (Stunstick, Crowbar)
>NPC cannot fire crossbow properly

Other than that it works fine with almost any other weapons including almost all CSS weapons. (somewhat awkward firing animations aside)
