Description:	PLEASE read this before downloading/commenting! If you already downloaded v4_ext, consider this the better/upgraded version... rp_downtown_v4_exl is an extensively transformative v4c modification that makes the map feel a lot less like v4c. It started as a map mod for a popular DarkRP server back in 2011 (of which I was the original mapmodificator, or something) and eventually got so modified that it isn't really v4c anymore. The PD is TOTALLY redone and a new suburbs area was added with 3 huge houses. There are more cool features like colorable pawn logos that hang on the walls in front of each pawn shop in the mmap (there are 4), a courtroom and bigger space in the PD, a nightclub with a lot of space, and yeah. It has 4 pawn shop-like buildings (one that's inside a warehouse), about 5 usable garage warehouses, 1 restaurant, 11 generic buildings, 3 huge subs houses that are fully optimized (one with switchable lights (gray roof) ) a large nightclub/bar, ~10 apartments, 1 CPD with a courtroom, an extra room for admins above the suburbs, plus THREE extra storfronts or extra buildings near the fountain, and a small junkyard or empty building area. And, of course, sewers. There's also a room for admins to use on annoying or rulebreakey players. It's located above the subway entrance. You put the minge in the bottom and noclip yourself into the top, then hit the button. BOOM, minge soup. Take a look around, there are a lot of new things to see. ---------------------------- SIZE ON DISK: 37.4MB, including all the custom textures and models, they're packed into the BSP.
