Description: This is the probable fix for the Madness Blood Mod on Steam Workshop. For those of you who are new to this site, I have included a small tutorial below.


--TUTORIAL ON HOW TO INSTALL THIS MOD--

Before doing anything, Unsubscribe from the mod on Workshop.

Upon downloading you will receive a .ZIP file. Unzip it, and you will see two folders named "materials" and "particles".

Keeping the ZIP folder open, navigate over to the Start button on your Taskbar, and find "My Computer".

Once there, Copy + Paste the following link into the search bar.

C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod

Then Drag & Drop the two folders into this directory, choose to Merge/Replace all other files if there are any.

And That's it!


-If you wish to UNINSTALL these files, then you must navigate to each directory individually-

To uninstall Decals (Blood on walls and Bodies):

C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\materials\decals

Delete the folder labeled "flesh" and any other files that have the name "Blood".


To uninstall Particles (Effect when shooting someone):

C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\particles

And delete the file "blood_impact.pcf"


I really hopes this works for you, given that you went through all of this effort just to download this mod.
