I'm (UAVXP) just upload this addon to garrysmod.orgAfter download just put this folder (HatMaker) in the folder "addons".This is SVN version (Revision 15), but i'm deleted all folders ".svn" from zip file, because garrysmod.org detected this folders as download from SVN and don't upload this file(((. If i found new SVN version of this file, i'm download it and upload in the garrysmod.org!But not only that, you can attach the hats to any body part you want to make and you can wear as many body parts as you want!This is the beta release and it DOES HAVE BUGS.You can save to your own computer and load the hats you've made on any server with the hat maker.I've included a lot of hats. hats that start with elite are for the elite, the rest is just for citizensHow to use:Select a hat either server or clientside and press open menu. The star in before the name indicates that you're using the hat.
