Description:	This is warning module made by me. You can warn players, when they reach defined number of warnings - they will be banned on defined time. Also, they have window when they warned. Very easy interface. Warnings saved if player leave server then join again, but don't saved when map changed / server crashed. Warnings has "decay" time, each n minutes player lost 1 warning(if he did not have violations) Can use standalone valve ban system or ULib ban system. You can add custom ban system - check warn.lua. Just call "warn" command in console(or bind it to key) - and if you are admin - you must see warning window. All settings in file lua\autorun\server\warn.lua in first lines.
