Description: This is a Radio menu for Combine to use in Tacoscript servers.

The menu includes:
-Regular CP voice binds.
-COTA voice binds (e.g; <:: COTA - Copy.)
-Animations for CPs(which you access normally via rp_animslist)
-Dispatches (e.g; /dis Rations are online, etc)
