Description:	Originally uploaded by SilverSpiritUK on 26th July 2009 03:23 amThese files will allow you to make any maps or campaigns into an addon file for Left 4 Dead.The addon.txt file defines what the campaign is (instructions for filling in included within).The mission folder contains a file called yourcampaign.txt, this file contains the information used by the game when putting campiagns in the maps selection lists and for adding loadscreens and outroimages (instructions on how to fill it in are contained within).The materials folder contains generic versions of a loadscreen, outroimage and map image. These can be used to create your own versions (though you will need a program that supports TGA transparency, and can convert to VTF format).The maps folder is empty as it is there for you to put you campiagn maps in. All maps must be defined in the mission.txt (called yourcampaign.txt) in order to show up in the map selection screen.You can then VPK the file, but there isn't much point as you can just put the folder in your addons (not add-ons) file in your Left 4 Dead folder and it will work perfectly.Remember to call the file you put these in as your campaign.
