right click on the Ventrilo icon and go to properties. go to where is says target and it should say : "C:\Program Files\Ventrilo\Ventrilo.exe" change it so it will be "C:\Program Files\Ventrilo\Ventrilo.exe" -m and u can open multiple Ventrilo's :) cheers
