Antivirus

    Hi people yesterday I upgrade my Win 7 Pre-release to the RTM(Final Release) and to make that I had to unistall my antivirus for a compatibility problem and now I want to install the best antivirus,so if someone know wich antivirus is the best tell me :D any sugestion will be appreciated

    I would choose Kaspersky, fastest updates, and great scan performance.

    I'd say NOD32, not a resource hog and is very good and fast. Won't bog down your pc when it scans either.

    i always see people on piratebay complaining about false positives on cracks with NOD32. does nod32 warrant a try?

    because im also looking for a good antivir

    NOD32 does have a lot of false positives because of it's heuristics engine, they do mark a lot of cracks/keygens/game hacks falsely. It's also pretty easy to disable the entire AV with an outside program.

    It's really easy to turn off the heuristics in NOD32 to stop the false positives.

    I've never heard that before... now I'm paranoid...

    mcafee '10 is quite good, not fully cracked on the net yet though...

    I use ESET NOD32 for about 5 years now :D
