I need the full package for CS 1.6, including the HL1 files that are required to play. If anyone has them, post them, please?

Edit : I found all of the files, but it's still saying 98% downloaded, even after I ran CFToolbox.

98% requires just downloading. So, either download from CFtoolbox or steam, which ever server you prefer.
