Counter Strike Source 99.10%

In Cf Toolbox, it says i only have 99.10% completion of cs source, I think the file I'm missing is multiplayer ob mac binaries.gcf, if anyone has this file or has any help to give me on this error please reply!

THE PROBLEM IS STEAM SERVERS OVERLOAD.
It couse a slow download or negative message: Steam servers too busy to pending your request.
If you think that gcf file is corrupted you can download a new one from here:
