cs1.6 Spec hack

How does people get that spec hack? I tryed to spec someone and it showed him looking away from the people he was shooting But he was killing them lol..

That some random cheat.. I was it before it just makes your screen look other way but they see it normal..

I have never heard of this hack when i read the name i thought u were talking about the hack where u could spawn in the place where the spec cameras are...
