CSS need help

Yeah, the retard that I am I accidentally deleted my CSS files, when I was trying to delete Civs4 and I thought well I will just download it off pacsteam again, but no it says the steam servers are too busy. Can someone provide me with link(s) that allow me to download CSS with NO rapidshare/megaupload links, because I can not wait 3 horus every time I download 100mb.

Dude, I did the exact same thing.... And, wtf is up with Rapidshare? I hate having to wait a couple hours for one thing!
