Does Half-Life Source work with the expansions.

I have seen that their are two types of Half-life. Their is the old Half-life and the updated Half-life Source which as i presume runs on the Source engine. Since the expansion are old i want to know if the expansions work with the updated Half-Life Source.

no just whit old one but im not 100% sure.
