I've got a pc at my dads that doesnt have an internet connection any more.
Its got steam on it but it's stuck partway through an update so I cant put it in offline mod.
I'd like to be able to use the sdk and test my maps in cs:s. Both these are installed on it but nothing has been updated since 2007 or 2008.
I tried SteamBuster but the only thing it would load was red orchestra.
I've got an up to date steam install on this computer though with css, hl2 and the sdk.
Is there any way I can use the files from this machine to update the other one and get it into offline mode? Or is there anything else you can think of that will let me use them without ever going on the internet.
