Engine Error For Steam Please Help!!!

When Ever I Go To Play css or something it says sendingclientinfo..
then game shutsdown then theres a message box that says
Engine Error
Internal Driver Error In IDirect3DDevice 9 :: Present ()
Please hElp

I say update your video card drivers.

Or you can launch with the -dxlevel 81

try reinstalling steam. and make sure that its most up-to-date drivers.
