Hey, this seems to be safe.
I downloaded it, it contains a .ncf file and, apparently, a standalone version too.
I didn't extract the standalone, so I dunno about it, but seems like the .ncf is good. I'll edit soon after I try it.

Edit:
It says "This game is currently unavailable. Please try again at another time."

I dunno if it's a problem with the .ncf, but just wanted to let you know I don't think it's a virus tho.
