Gmod starting new project.

I wanna start a new project i know VB somewhat i will need,
DB DEVs and/or web DEVs thats what im thinking off the top of my head and some people who are familiar with VB/C++

This will be a downloader that shows the addons that we/I have hosted and gives you the link to the addon/map what ever you are looking for
