i dont udnerstand wat cafe accounts r or ne thing i just want a account so i can play cs =(

Well a cafe account is an account that cant get vac banned and has about 60% of the games released on steam but you can get IP banned off server or steam ID banned

Cafe accounts have lots of games (but not all of them) and you can play on legit servers. They dont get VAC banned either.

Recently, Valve updated their cafe server security meaning that people who dont have a cybercafe certificate cant connect to cafe accounts.

If you buy Super VIP, you get a cert. There is no working public cafe client.
