Some admins are just assholes and abuse their powers, most of the time you don't even do anything wrong. I remember when I used to play source the admin killed me and I said "You have no friends" and I got banned haha, it was worth it though.
meh I did do something wrong I was hax0ring lol well really glitching but meh it wasnt an admin that got me it was some faggy little dickwad from the clan of the server that called IN an admin on me cause he felt like being an asshole that day
