Help please

Okay bit of a noob here I have recently been trying to use mini Gcfs and Ncfs and i cant seem to get them to work :/ can anyone make a video how to please. I add them to steamapps and open my cracked steam and try to download and it just goes to 100% in like two seconds which cannot be right since files are more then gigs.

I think that you are confused, Mini GCF are only for GCF, the only games that use GCF are Hl2,Hl2:EP1&2 the counter strikes and portal, the others games cant have mini GCF because they use a NCF+Common folder.
