help with banned account

i need help with my banned account. The account is VaC banned from all secure servers, but i have 4 games on it, and i didn't cheat on it, it was my friend who i let him borow my account. can somone tell me how to get unbanned or how to play on vac servers with the account. i really want to play CSS

NO, if you bought legit contact steam saying the CD key is already in use, ask them to transfer the game to another account.
