Help with making TF2 faster with crap graphics card

Hi all

I am having problems with TF2 the fps is so slow! i have one solution though but i am not sure if it works check it out, you change the autoexec.cfg commands.

is there any other ideas just like the one above? please post because this could be very useful! Please post others like the one above!

Also please do not say "buy a new graphics card"
