How do i Install freesteam?

Right, i've downloaded a "type" of freesteam, but found no installer inside, just files and html links, what do i do?

The file needed for crack steam is Steam.DLL but there is others files not needed how Steam.Cfg or SteamUI.DLL, these files are complementary.

Anyway is better if you tell us the name and extension of all the files you have.
